Peter Dudgeon –
Principal Outplacement Consultant for German-speaking Europe

Peter Dudgeon, born in London, spent some of his early youth in Vienna, before returning to study Biochemistry in Manchester. His early career in London was in recruitment, and progressing quickly into Retained Search. The German subsidiary he started up quickly became a recognised key-player in its chosen high-tech market sector. He came to outplacement having successfully established the new Branch-office of a leading Dutch-based Outplacement Consultancy in Munich.


Peter Dudgeon is now partnering with Connor with whom he has a common belief that Outplacement continues to be vital for companies hoping to manage their employer brand, as they need to focus on both employees that are leaving and those that are staying, as well as the wider community. Robert Hayman  
Senior Outplacement Consultant and Coach - France

Robert works with senior executives in career transition and provides executive coaching services to international profiles. He is bilingual and provides these services in French or English.

A Graduate from London in Business Studies and Marketing, Robert worked for over 25 years at an international level for Anglo-Saxon and French retail groups. He contributed to the development and expansion of these groups and their brands with senior responsibilities including procurement, operational marketing and communication. He has worked with many different cultures and has lived in the UK, France, Belgium and Canada.

After his career in retail, he moved into coaching and consulting, supporting business leaders with their strategy and business development issues.  Trained by The School of Coaching, London, he assists executives achieve their full potential and resolve business issues often in situations of major change (e.g. promotion to new responsibilities, intercultural management challenges, corporate personnel issues).

He is MBTI and Golden certified and participates in regular coaching supervision sessions.

Paul Mullan - Outplacement Specialist - Ireland

Paul is a Career & Outplacement expert with 15 years experience in the UK and Ireland. He founded Eden Recruitment in 1999 and Career & Outplacement firm Measurability early 2006.  Paul has been a successful business owner for 10 years, achieved through his ability to market and brand him himself effectively.

Chris Dunn

Chris Dunn’s HR career began in the early 1970s, following a BSc in Economics and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Personnel, with key staff and operational roles in Rank Xerox UK and then Rank Xerox International, where his two key roles were International Management Development Manager and Regional Personnel Manager Nordic Countries.

During his Corporate HR career Chris advised upon and implemented a significant number of organisational / structure changes and spent time with senior teams on developing talent. His speciality at that time was the ‘release of management potential’ in both the sales and service engineer forces.

He set up Training & Development Approaches (TDA) which he took from a standing start, over an eight year period, to a turnover of ca. £3.5m, with a network of around 100 HR professionals and a core team of more than 30, and subsequently moulded the company into a new style Outplacement business that developed a reputation for designing ‘transition support strategies’ not just to help those leaving but to leave a legacy within the client organisation that positively supported change going forward. The client base grew and notable names were GSK, BA, BT, Nabisco, Rothmans BAT, Gallaher and many other leading brands. Over 20,000 people have gone through a TDA programme and 1,600 people were helped to set up on their own.

TDA now partners with Connor, offering a personal and customised outplacement service that is driven by the needs of the individual.
