We offer an indefinite service which means we will work with people for as long as it takes for them to secure their next role, no set number of meetings or time duration!

Our proactive job search techniques have been honed over 20 years in the Sector and are proven to drive interest in the individual in the market cutting out both the competition and recruitment agency fees.  Our proactive approach to job hunting allows us to deliver an 75%+ success rate in helping people into the right role within four months of engaging with us.

Finally, we take great care in ensuring we match our consultants with your people based on their style, skills and industry knowledge and not purely on location.  All our consultants have held Director level roles but have not lost the common touch.  This means they will understand your world and be viewed as a peer. 

Where Will the Outplacement Support be Provided?

We come to you! Many providers in the marketplace offer fixed locations that are available to your people to use, however, the onus is very much on the individual to go to those locations and they might not always be local. Our approach is different, we will meet the individual at any location of their choosing and will give them the tools they need to be effective wherever they choose to work!

How Will I Know if You Are Doing a Good Job?

At Connor we welcome being accountable as such, we will send you regular updates of where your people are at all stages of their job search process. We call these updates our "Outplacement Dashboard" and we have received overwhelming positive feedback from our clients on it as it give them complete visibility of how we are performing.  It also allows you to celebrate success back into your organisation as you see fit, whenever your people find new roles.

What is the Engagement Process?

At Connor we take the engagement process extremely seriously as it is critical in ensuring that we deliver the best possible service.  When we receive the contact details of a person we will be working with, a Director of Connor (either Fraser or Paul) will personally call them to introduce themselves and the Service.

Our objective behind this call is threefold:

  1. To explain the service to the individual and answer any questions they may have
  2. To get an understanding of their objectives and what success looks like
  3. To allocat the right consultant to them based on sytle, background and experience

Outplacement is very similar to Executive Coaching in as much as chemistry between individuals is key.  We use all of our expertise to make sure we match the right contact to the individual to give the best chance of success, we do not merely allocate a consultant who is most local.
