 Connor's Professional Level Outplacement Service can be delivered either via one on one support or via group workshops. The service is driven by the individuals needs and not by a set process. 

Within our Professional Outplacement Service, each person will have a dedicated, experienced, peer level consultant working with them for as long as it takes to find their next role. They will be available whenever they are needed and can meet at a location to suit the individual. There are no set number of meetings or time duration.

Connor will work closely with you to create and drive interest rather than purely reacting to those roles that are already in the public domain.As part of our proactive approach, we have developed a networking strategy that allows your people to make best use of their network as well as tapping into the 300+ decision makers within our network.
