“As set out in our Trustees’ Annual Report we are looking to realign our business in order that we can better face the challenges of the 21st century. The Report stated that our aim is to sharply improve our ways of working and we have made inroads by simplifying our organisation structure and reviewing every single role to ensure that our employee’s efforts were aligned to the new business plan.
