Paul Connor - Managing Consultant

Paul established Connor in 1992 with the aim of helping businesses and people reach their full potential.

Paul remains a frontline outplacement practitioner and is highly regarded in the marketplace for providing outplacement support that is practical, relevant and communicated in plain English. His extensive network of contacts combined with his understanding of the job market allows Paul to offer practical outplacement guidance.

Paul is married with two children. His main hobby is running and he is a member of his local running club, the Marlow Striders. The next time you are driving through Marlow that man in the black peaked hat that you have just passed, could well have been Paul!

Fraser Silvey - BSc (Hons) MA MCIPD - Commercial Director

Fraser has over 10 years Outplacement experience with a proven track record of success at all levels, from junior employees to Senior Executives and business leaders.

He is committed to building outplacement programmes that are driven by the needs of the individual and not by a set process, or the ego of the consultant. His highly personable and pragmatic style has delivered results both in workshops and via one-on-one support and he is particularly proud of the number of successful businesses he has launched over the last 10 years and the number of people he has placed directly within his own substantial network of decision makers throughout the country.

He is passionate about applying his excellent commercial skills during the salary negotiation stage to the obvious benefit of the people he is working with. Fraser is a keen cricketer and plays for the Royal Ascot CC. He is married with two children Aidan and Lara.

Kevin Howes - Chartered MCIPD - Senior Outplacement Consultant

Kevin has more than 25 years delivering bottom-line results in blue-chip companies and SMEs. Most of his experience and successes have been in the financial services IT, telecommunications, automotive, and, pharma sectors. People tell him they like his informal, practical, straight-talking approach and his knack of quickly pinpointing what needs to be done.

With some eight years outplacement experience, Kevin has developed distinctive skills delivering outplacement support and guidance that is both practical and caring. He has an extensive network of contacts and a detailed insight into the job market, both key ingredients in offering successful individual and group outplacement support. Kevin will quickly roll up his sleeves and get dirt under his nails and build enduring relationships at all levels based on mutual trust, personal credibility and a passion for achieving agreed results. Testament to his approach is many people retain Kevin in their trusted business network, long after the outplacement assignment is completed.

In his spare time Kevin and his family built a 50 foot steel narrow boat, renovated a 16th century mud hut in Devon and attempts to play the bass guitar - luckily he has no direct neighbours.

Jackie Smith - Senior Outplacement Consultant

Jackie has had a diverse international career background working 1:1, with groups and at organisational level, both in line and consulting positions. With a passion to make a difference, an understanding of organisational challenges and wide ranging tool-kit of models and approaches, she is able to deliver effective outplacement solutions for individuals and teams. Rob Biggin - Senior Outplacement Consultant

Rob specialises in Outplacement Coaching senior executives and commercially aware individuals who are looking to continue in or move to Sales and Marketing positions.

He also coaches people who choose to take the opportunity of being made redundant to change their lifestyle and to branch out either into a freelance contractor role or to set-up their own businesses.

Before setting up his own company in Feb 2002, he was director of marketing, based out of Geneva, Switzerland, for the Europe, Middle East and African Function of Hewlett–Packard’s IT services business.

Katy Charles - Outplacement Consultant & Trainer

Katy’s background has been predominantly in Sales. She has worked in both the retail sector and in Business Services and IT as well as training.

Katy treats each candidate according to that Outplacement candidate’s particular needs and is adept at working with all levels of an organisation’s personnel from the most junior to the MD level.

Susan Stones - Outplacement Consultant & Trainer

Susan is an accomplished Career Coach and Outplacement Consultant and has more than 24 years experience of delivering results orientated outcomes. Susan’s early career was spent working with the Commercial Financial Recruitment Industry before she went on to set up and run her own successful Recruitment Consultancy which specialised in the Charity and Nor for Profit Sectors. Susan’s ability to match, select and coach individuals to help them find their long term career goals ensured the company’s rapid growth which resulted in the successful sale of the business.

Sue Foxley - Outplacement Consultant & Trainer

Sue is an accomplished Outplacement Consultant and has more than 20 years experience in delivering hands on recruitment, business support and career management, and is known for being likeable, with empathy and a caring approach.

Sue has extensive recruitment experience both as a hiring manager and a commercial recruiter, with specialist knowledge and expertise in the career marketplace. She has worked both in the Private and Public Sector, and she enjoys coaching and mentoring for career success as well as for business performance.

Sue has extensive experience in the Private and Public Sectors; she has worked for small businesses through to large international corporates within the Private Sector and has also two years within the Public Sector within a chartiy in roles from Company Secretarial and Finance Management. She has also held a senior role within the NHS within Finance Management.

Experienced at establishing and growing a small business, Sue has gone on to act as an advisor and mentor to small businesses; from set-up to change management including survival in challenging trading conditions

Anita Morris - Outplacement Consultant & Trainer

Anita regularly coaches, trains and mentors senior executives in organisations across all sectors both nationally and internationally. Specialising in leadership development, executive coaching, emotional intelligence and psychometric assessment she has been pivotal to performance improvement of many individuals, teams and organisations. She frequently works with senior managers in outplacement and career development. In addition to her practitioner work Anita is a visiting lecturer in career development, interpersonal skills and Occupational Psychology at LJMU.

Unusually for a Business Psychologist, Anita previously worked at the “sharp end” of business running a £multi-million site within UK manufacturing industry. She has also run sales and marketing teams within B2B. It is her “real world” experience that set her apart from others in her field. Clients describe her as professional, reliable and trustworthy, and equally importantly “utterly practical”.

When not working directly within organisations or academic institutions Anita can be found working in the rather more unusual setting of a Falconry.

Kim Harvey - Outplacement Consultant

Kim is an experienced Outplacement Consultant and Executive Coach. She has over 20 years experience of working in private and public sector organizations. Her passion is helping people achieve their potential and ‘being the best they can be’. She is a Master NLP Practitioner and during her coaching and outplacement work helps clients reduce any limiting beliefs they may have about there potential thus ensuring they are motivated and passionate about pursuing new careers.

Alison Verheul - Outplacement Consultant

Alison has over 20 years commercial HR / Business experience gained in a variety of fast moving environments including Director of HR Consulting at PWC.
