Assessment Centres - We design, project manage and run bespoke assessment centres. Working with you, we agree which competencies are to be assessed and then design simulations and exercises that rigorously assess how the candidate will perform in the role. This gives you a prediction of performance in a given role superior to all other methods of selection.
