What is Outplacement?

Outplacement offers practical career guidance and support to members of staff leaving an organisation.  We have a highly experienced team of HR Directors that provide expert assistance to develop the right opportunities for people moving on – from setting up a business, changing career direction or continuing up the corporate ladder.

How Does our Outplacement Service Work?

There are many providers on the marketplace who operate to a rigid, predetermined approach to outplacement with the individuals who have experienced this feeling that they have been ‘processed'. They are given a surfeit of information and left asking themselves, SO WHAT! So what does this mean to me? So what do I need to do next? So what if I want to do something different?

We place the individual at the heart of our outplacement services, we do not swamp people with generic theory, instead we concentrate on the practical application of that theory and what it means to the individual. Our approach is flexible and not for a set number of meetings or time duration, this means that we are there for our clients when they need us most!

We work closely with the outgoing employee to give them a clear understanding of how to differentiate themselves from the competition working hand-in-hand with them on proactive job search techniques and utilising the experience we have gained over the last 16 years as industry practitioners to give them an unfair advantage in the job search process.
