The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) is the UK’s leading gardening charity dedicated to advancing horticulture and promoting good gardening.  RHS has encouraged excellence in horticulture for over 200 years and is a company steeped in heritage.


“As set out in our Trustees’ Annual Report we are looking to realign our business in order that we can better face the challenges of the 21st century. The Report stated that our aim is to sharply improve our ways of working and we have made inroads by simplifying our organisation structure and reviewing every single role to ensure that our employee’s efforts were aligned to the new business plan. We implemented a Change Programme that unfortunately resulted in the departure of a number of our employees, but true to our values, we ensured that we offered all departing employees outplacement support to give them the skills to find new work as quickly as possible.
